Japan eSIM Terms of Service

By accessing and using JAPAN eSIM services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

JAPAN eSIM provides electronic SIM card services for mobile connectivity in Japan. Our services include:

• Essential Plan: International roaming IP with data connectivity
• Native Plan: Local Japan IP address with full service access
• Flexible data options: 1GB/day, 2GB/day, or Unlimited
• Duration options: 1 to 30 days

You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM compatible and unlocked. We provide compatibility information, but cannot guarantee service on all devices.

Installation requires an internet connection for initial QR code scanning.

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is required before service activation.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated. Once activated, all sales are final.

Unlimited plans are subject to fair use policies. We reserve the right to throttle speeds after excessive usage (typically 50GB+ per day) to maintain network quality for all users.

Prohibited activities include: reselling service, tethering to multiple devices without authorization, or using the service for illegal activities.

Essential Plan: Uses international roaming IP. Some region-locked services may not be accessible.

Native Plan: Provides local Japan IP for full service access including ChatGPT, TikTok, Zoom, and local streaming services.

Network coverage depends on local carrier infrastructure. We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your use of JAPAN eSIM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

JAPAN eSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
